I've read that Gilda Radner's ovarian cancer symptoms started when she was feeling very fatigued. In fact, she first went to the doctor describing her fatigue and general malaise. Later, when the cancer was detected, she apparently had low-grade fever, pelvic pain, abdominal bloating, gas, aches and pains in her thighs and legs.
She was misdiagnosed with viral infection and depression, and she wasn't correctly diagnosed until almost a year after her initial symptoms were reported. I think Gilda Radner's ovarian cancer symptoms are pretty typical, as, unfortunately, is her story.
