Pain and swelling is the main sympton of bone cancer. It is a gradual pain and a patient can take weeks, months or sometimes years before they seek help. Not all bone cancer sufferers experience pain and may just have a growing painless mass. This would cause the bone to weaken and either fracture or brake over time.
