Question
My father is a Veteran who has Alzheimer/Dementia and he may in the future go live in a VA Home. If my Mother is paying monthly for the facility according to their income, can the VA/state tie in to their assets should my father pass away? Concerned daughter.

I'm not an expert but since your parents were paying monthly payments for your father to live in a VA facility, the VA/State shouldn't have any rights to their assets after your father is deceased.
