Due to the fact that Plavix is an anticoagulant there is always the chance that it can cause cramps in every part of the body. Since the blood will be moving in a different way and will be thinner than usual this makes cramps much more likely. If you experience a leg or any other cramp you should contact the doctor immediately. The reason a cramp could be a concern is the fact that you never know if you have a blood clot that has come loose rather than breaking up as it should have done and the leg is a very dangerous place to have a clot.
