I have great respect for this online community, So I didn't want to answer you without first doing a little research. And though I suspected the answer to "Does melanoma increase risks for thyroid cancer" would be, no. I found several studies that suggest that there is a elevated risk for melanoma survivors. Was hoping to allay your fears. But I guess this means if you had melanoma. You ought to be on the look out for early signs of thyroid cancer too. Sorry I don't have better news.
