I enrolled my Mom last year in a Medicare Advantage plan. Do I need to enroll again to keep her in the same plan? Is there a passive enrollment?

For most Medicare Advantage plans (also called Medicare Part C) there is no need to re-enroll every year. If your mother wants to remain with the same plan she has, See also:

she doesn't have to do anything. She'll remain enrolled in the same plan unless she actively enrolls in a different plan (between November 15 and December 31) or disenrolls from her current plan (by notifying the plan in writing) and returns to traditional Medicare coverage (between January 1 and February 14 of next year). If you have any questions or concerns about your mother's continuing coverage, directly contact her plan's enrollment department.
