Could my husband's post-cancer digestive issues be Chron's disease?

My husband is 53 yrs old and was diagnosed with prostate cancer 8 years ago with a gleason of 4+4=8 and a preop psa of 36. He initially had a radical prostetectomy, followed up with 40 radiation treatments 1 year after surgery due to a rise in his psa. At that time he also started a 2 year course of Casodex. His psa began to rise again 1 year ago, and he was started on Lupron. His PSA has since been <.1 as he is getting the Lupron injections every 3 months. My concern is that he has been having increasing GI distress, weight loss and fatigue. Following a colonoscopy he was diagnosee with Chrons disease and started on an antiinflamitory. The Dr noted 5 small areas with the appearance of fine sand paper about the size of a nickle. I am not sure that this new diagnosis of Chrons explains all of his medical issues and would like an abdominal CT scan to make sure nothing is going on outside of the bowel that is affecting his GI tact. Is this a reasonable expectation?
