Is my mom on too many medications?

Hello, My mom has been hospitalized for the past several months. Within 3 days it appeared my mom contracted several infections so she has now been put on several IV antibiotics. However, I think my mom has been put on more medicine than she needs. Some of the medicines include Tigacil, Primaxcin, Tigecyclin, Diflucan, and Acyclovir. She has a UTI, feeding tube infection, Shingles (3 times grown blister symptom),and a lung infection. Her white blood cell count is around 12K-14K now. This all started right after she had a blood transfusion 3 days ago. She suffered with fevers, chills, tremors, shaking and a panic attack. Would you please tell me if any of those medications conflict with each other? Is there really a need for all of them together for her above condition? Thank you in advance, Regards, Victoria
