Is sinus pressure and headaches CLL related?

I have CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) and have recently started having problems with pressure in my sinuses. I am wondering if this is related? I do not have any drainage, only the pressure and headaches especially at night.

you have sinus infection,,,take to benadryl and a tylonal onne hour before bed time,,,works for me
