What are the side affects from having chemo abraxane/avactin when you take blood thinners warfin?

The Abraxane/Avastin chemotherapy regimen is showing good results in combatting metastatic breast cancer. However, these drugs are quite new and data about side effects and treatment effectiveness are still coming in.
