There is no known link between the two cancers. Both do have some things in common. They affect only women, since the cervix and ovaries are part woman's reproductive system. See also:

Women who have suffered from endometriosis are more prone to get cervical or ovarian cancer. Cervical cancer is thought to be caused by the virus HPV, which is gotten through sex. There is no other known cause of cervical cancer. Women who smoke are more prone to be affected because the nicotine loves to hang out in the cervix. Doctors don't know what causes ovarian cancer. They do know that women who have been pregnant are less prone to get it and like most cancers, a family history of ovarian cancer doesn't help.
