Is clotting a symptom of cervical cancer?

Yes there can be a connection between cervical cancer and clotting. Abnormally heavy menstrual cycles or bleeding between periods can be a symptom of cervical cancer and those can include clots.

I am no expert, but if anyone is having unusual menstrual bleeding that does or doesn't include clots, I would think they should talk to their doctor about it as soon as possible.
