There are many celebrities around the world who have struggled with kidney cancer. Some of the more notable of these celebrities include people like Joni Richards, the mother of popular actress Denise Richards. Barbara Gallagher, the famous Alabama native artist also fought with kidney cancer for several years. Even famous government figures, such as the former Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan, have struggled with and overcame kidney cancer.
