Can too much Vitamin K cause blood clots?
Answers
A
Some studies have reveled that too much Vitamin K can cause blood clots in women. Your body needs some of the vitamin so I don't eliminate it all together. Just take caution in eating too much of the follwoing foods: broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts and other green leafy vegetables. Just eat a balanced diet and you should be fine.
