You should NOT take Celexa and Adderall together. Because of the classification of each medication, the combination is likely to cause major risk of toxic reactions. In some cases, serotonin syndrome may occur, which can be fatal. Mixing these medications can be very dangerous, and should be avoided unless the patient is instructed to and supervised by a physician.
