Can bone cancer occur in the foot?

Bone cancer is most commonly found in the longer bones of extremities, however cancer can develop somewhere else and spread to another area. Bone cancer found in the foot often originates at some other point, and metastisized cancer or a cancer that has spread from somewhere else is more common that primary bone cancer such as the kind that is in the long bones.
