What is the link between bone cancer and thin blood?
Hmm…interesting question. The connection between bone cancer and thin blood seems to be up for debate. I’ve been all over the internet with this question, and the answers do not come from the American Cancer Association or any such group. The people talking about a cancer-thin blood equation are researchers. That's not to say that their ideas aren't valid because the big cancer-fighting groups aren't on board yet with their theories; the people studying this may be ahead of their time. What's obvious is that the link between cancer and blood type requires more research!
What some researchers are saying is that for many cancers—colon cancer, ovarian and breast cancer, liver and pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer and brain tumors—there is a statistical association between increased risk of cancer and people with blood type A. Blood type A is known to be thicker, and the theory is that it's easier for cancer cells to hitch a ride on thicker blood like A and AB (B and O are thinner).
The research I read concluded that newer mainstream treatments of cancer may include blood-thinning drugs. Is this true? If anyone has any information on the connection between blood thickness or thinness and cancer—or the prescription of blood-thinning drugs as a cancer treatment—please post!
Yes well I have noticed that nearly all the blood thinning anti-inflammatory foods and spices (garlic, ginger, flaxseed, tumeric, cinnamon etc etc) are all also supposed to be anti-cancer
