What does bladder cancer pain feel like?

From what I understand, here's what bladder cancer pain can feel like:

• burning during urination
• pain in the lower back (around the kidneys) that may get worse as the bladder fills
• bone pain, especially in the lower back, that gets worse when the person moves
• aching and swelling in the lower legs

My husband had no painful symptoms at all—just blood in the urine. But some symptoms do cause bladder cancer pain.
