Who can I turn to when I'm feeling stressed as an Alzheimer's caregiver?

being the only child taking care of my mother can certainly be very trying. I have a full time job and a family. But I would do anything for my wonderful mother. Sometimes I just need to talk to someone and I dont feel I can talk to the other family memebers all the time. Any suggestions? Please as she is in the moderate stages of alzheimers. Any info would be so very much appreciated. thanks Vicky
