Are vaporizers good for COPD?

According to the publication by HEALTHSCAN PRODUCTS, INC. and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Glaxo Wellcome, Inc. you should not use vaporizers if you have COPD becuase they encourage the growth of mold. According to many layman sites a vaporizer is good to help reduce congestion in COPD patients. I believe both to be correct. A COPD patient should dicuss this option with his or her physician.
