What is the life span of someone with Alzheimer's?
Regarding Alzheimer's life span, I read that the general rule of thumb is that a person with Alzheimer’s can have a life span about half as long as a person the same age without the disease. In the case of my wife, her Alzheimer's life span was reduced by the eight years she suffered from Alzheimer’s.
They say they can live up to twenty years but the normal life span is about six to eight years.
