Hi, I am passionate about making the caregiving process easier for the caregiver and for the seniors. I specialize in how to help aging parents age in place but if they must move, I have extremely effective materials and knowledge on how to do that well too.

I've been a socialworker/life coach/holistic health practitioner for over 25 years. I've cared for both of my deceased parents and deceased mother in-law. I see the 'holes' in the systems and try to coach, write books and articles to help fill them and develope ways to help caregivers deal with issues. My goal is to make the caregiving journey not so difficult for either party. And it doesn't have to be.
