Hello! My name is Missy and I'm the Community Manager. I've been working for Caring.com since October 2007 and my job is to make sure our community is a safe, peaceful and comfortable place for our members. I've participated in online communities for the past ten years and have worked in them for the past four.

In my personal life, I've provided care for both of my parents and both of my in-laws. We've dealt with issues such as lung cancer, brain tumors, cardiovascular disease and sadly, loss. In my professional life I spent five years working to educate seniors about their health and long-term care insurance options. You could say I'm waist-deep in caregiving issues whether I'm doing it myself or helping others. Caring.com is the perfect place for me!

Now for some fun - I love animals, red wine, the beach, extra time tospend with myhusband and childrenin any given day, everything auto-racingrelatedand I'm trying desperately to at leasttolerate exercise.I'll update my bio if I should find a love for it!
