Bio

I am a 56 year old female and work in local government. I live in the West Coast of Scotland and have been caring for my mother for the past eight weeks after she suffered a stroke. She is 86 years old and up until the stroke was very independent and lively for her age. I have abandoned work in the last eight weeks and now need to try and get some kind of order back into my life. At the moment it all seems so overwhelming.
