Bio

My father has Alzheimer's and is in the middle stages. My mother was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (bone marrow cancer) and is a rather difficult person to deal with personality wise. She has been his primary caregiver until she got sick. Now my brothers, aunt, daughter, & husband all chip in to help me care for them. One of my brothers helps a lot, and the other one talks a lot, but does little. They stay with us part of the time and we take turns staying with them at their home 200 miles away part of the time also. I am a mental health counselor and have a very flexible schedule, which helps a lot.
