hi my name is gary, i was diagnosed atype 1 diabetic both of my parents were at some time in theirlife time insulin dependent also, theyvegone tobe with Jesus since, i myself am no longer insulindependent and after two weeks of eating crookneck squash both raw and steam cooked my body has begun to produce and us its on insulin!!! im praying that this is the case for others as well,GodBless. e-mail me please this can help someone im sure.
