i am pauline ..73 yrs old .... my husband broke his foot last yr in 2009 first surgery was not a success.. so in oct of 2009 he had another surgery on his foot .. this seems to be doing ok ..due to his parkersons, diabetic ,nuophy.. this past yr. has been rough on me .. doing everything for him . we have made a will .. since he doesn't have any children.. i was wandering do i need to see an attorny ? to get power of attorny..or am i atomatic POA since i am his wife ...thanks pauline
