Bio

I was diagnosed with COPD in March of 2001. I use 2 Inhalers. Not on oxygen.
I care for myself, do things more slowly and rest when I can.

I worked as a Custodian from the time I was diagnosed until May of 2007. I quit my job to do things I enjoy.

Thankfully, I'm still doing okay. I try not to dwell on my problems and that has helped most of the time. I get depressed some times but then I think of people who are in worse shape then I am and realize I'm fortunate.
