I have so much admiration for the staff at Carefree Transitions. They made my Mom's move into her retirement home so easy for her. She didn't have to do a thing and she moved into her apartment that same day. My Mom felt like she had just been out for the day. The staff really care about their customers and are very maticulous in how they arrange the furniture and all personal belongings. I will recommend them to my friends. Top Line Movers were also phenominal. They were very organized and moved my Mom's things very quickly and professionally.

Judy Rough sent us an angel in Terry, the woman who oversaw and managed this move from day one: downsizing, selling and donating goods (even a car), packing and moving antiques and heirlooms across the country to her new home. Judy was an invaluable resource to my family over several years as our mother transitioned from independent living to assisted living. She made the moves easy and professional. Since we lived out of state, it was imperative that we could trust someone with all the various responsibilities needed to make these difficult transitions possible. Judy was always available and continually surprised us with above and beyond service. From the tooth brush holder to hanging pictures, she was excellent. We could have not asked for better care. She is also a wonderful person...great to talk to about any issue you might have in the care of a loved one. She really understands the trama and disruption of these kinds of needs.

My 89 year old mother moved from Sun City, Arizona to Washington, DC. None of her children were able to go to Arizona to help with the transition. Judy Rough and Carefree Transitions were spectacular. They did everything. Judy and I were able to arrange all the important matters by phone and email.
