Our home health division is a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency licensed by the State of Utah. We are also awarded "deemed"status by the Utah Health Facilities Licensing and Resident Assessment Division. Services include nursing, rehabilitation therapy, social work, hospice care, and home health aides. We go through a rigorous screening process on all potential clinical hires and only hire top clinicians with previous home health experience.
