Real nice facility. The majority of the CNA's are exceptional, some need more training, but for the most part the staff in great!! The facility itself is clean(always), and in a nice country setting.
I have found the facility to not really understand the complications and care associated with Alzheimer's /dimentia. There is a social worker there that really needs to either find some bed side manner/compassion or find a new career. Ironically, the lower paid staff members are more caring and understanding than the higher paid staff members. I feel confident that my mother is getting the best care possible here, she is safe.
