I did not want to provide this facility with any stars. From the odor that greets you upon arrival, the school lunch meals served to patients with specialized diets, to adult diapers going almost 4-5 hours without being changed, to staff talking to your loved one like a feeble pre-schooler. The one skill that shines through is their ability to pass the buck - blame another staff, pass it off as ignorance or even blame your loved one. Please do not consider this facility for your loved ones, not even a pet.
