My mother is in memory care. The staff is so kind and takes good care of my mother. After transferring her from another facility that didn't treat my mom well, this was a breath of fresh air. The facility is clean, and I always see the workers working hard. I am thankful to know that my mom is safe, and she always has a smile on her face now, when we come to visit her. Thank you for all the hard work that you do.

My husband was in need of rehab after having surgery for a serious gall bladder issue that left him too weak to walk. Four Seasons was one of the “Skilled” nursing facilities suggested to us. My husband was admitted to Four Seasons on March 10th where he was to receive therapy to help him regain his straight following his surgery. Shortly after his admission he became ill and unable to do the therapy he was there to do. I was insisting that he be seen by a doctor and was told that the doctor had evaluated him and there was nothing to be concerned about. On March 30th my husband was discharged from Four Season, the reason given was our insurance had decided that he no longer needed the care of a skilled nursing facility. He was sent home in a wheelchair in a van with one man that took him out of the van and wheeled him into our garage. Then the man left him sitting in the garage and drove off. My husband was unable to walk or even left himself out of the wheelchair. About 10 minutes later my son arrived and tried to get my husband into the house. My son is a 6ft 2 army veteran that has learned to carry a wounded soldier on his back, but he was unable to get my husband on his feet and up the three steps to enter the house. Fortunately some of my son’s friends were available to come to our aide. It took four men to get my husband into the house and on the couch. Once we got him somewhat comfortable I notice how flushed his face was and he was having difficulty breathing. I called an ambulance. He was taken to the hospital and admitted with Covid and serious lung congestion. His oxygen level was extremely low. My husband was in the hospital for two weeks following his stay at Four Seasons. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. I gave this place a one star rating; however, they do not deserve a star at all. In case one of the administrators at Four Seasons reads this review, please note that I have documentation to back up every word that is stated in this review.

My husband is already in Four Seasons Rehabilitation and Nursing. It's nice, they care, and they take good care of their patients. The facility itself is very nice, spacious, and clean. The dining area is clean as well and he says their food is good. They play bingo, they take them out sometimes to places like the Subway, and they had birthday parties. It's a nice facility and the value for money is good. It was a good atmosphere, everyone is nice like the director and all of them are nice people.

Our Moma ilhas been in Four Seasons nursing home 4 times for rehab, we are very pleased with the quality of care, the PT dept, the activity center, Moma loves playing Bingo and I'd course the 2 best nurses ever...Janet & Stacy. They're the most hardworking nurses ever, they always have a smile on their faces, willing to answer any & all questions or concerns even if they are the only nurse on duty..which is a shame, because having one nurse to a whole unit it a bit much to ask..but you'd never know it from them...I think they need to be recognized for their above & beyond call of duty!! We couldn't ask for any better...also the Dr. (Sam) is just awesome! She takes her time to really evaluate our Moma, & even answers all of our questions or concerns. We have been very blessed to have such great staff taking care of Moma all 4 times she's been here.

I visited Four Seasons Nursing Center of Westland with my mother-in-law because she needed a place. I was very impressed, the staff very friendly, the place was very clean, and the layout was very nice. We talked to the manager, he gave us a tour, took us to the kitchen, and he was very nice.

Four Seasons Nursing Center of Westland had a good layout. One of the nurses gave us a tour, and she was very helpful and efficient. There was a list of daily and weekly activities. They showed us the courtyard, the garden, and a fine looking dining room.
