I stayed in Regency Village. They were very courteous and stuff, but I didn't like that I was put in a room with a person that was there in long-term care. They didn't keep people separated. They put them all together. The facility was nice though. They had a very large physical therapy gym and a large dining room. They didn't have a whole lot of activities. They had entertainment for the residents, but I didn't participate in much of that. The staff was nice and concerned. The food was very good. It was very healthy.

Regency Village is a family-owned place and has been operating for over 40 years and they seemed to be very caring. The shared rooms they have were too small, but there's a private room available. The staff was good and they had good physical therapy and occupational therapy. So, that area was excellent.

My late mother spent 5 years there. It was a good, basic facility. It wasn't super fantastic because there were simply too many patients and never enough staff to provide anything but good, basic care. They need more CNAs and the nurses spend most of their time passing meds which is all that nurses seem to do nowadays. Diet was very good and the facility was clean and appealing. The key to good care for your relative there is to go check on your relative daily but never at the same time of day. Talk to the CNAs who are providing direct care to your loved one and ask them how your relative is doing. The nurses only pass meds, chart, and do procedures. Remember that you are the Patient Advocate for your loved one and being directly involved in their care makes all the difference in the world.

I was given a choice of where to go, out of 20 options in the area this one was 4 Star rated by Medicare, rest were a rating of 1. Avoid these places at all cost. The Staff was excellent Norma, Stephanie.and Judah were very professional if I had a issue they listened to me and handled the problem promptly. The Nursing Staff members were highly knowledgeable, in their area of expertise I observed that each skilled professional was compassionate, and always had a moment to spent with residents where to ease their mind on pain or constant bombardment by the Media about Corona-virus. When I pushed the button for aid their Response Time was Excellent This Medical Team, I say again TEAM provides a great service to all residents, Thank YOU The Physical Team was very helpful and getting me ready for the Real World. The workouts were demanding and 50 days later you could see the Transformation. Learning to walk and be independent, Great Job I loved the communal dining area, where all residents could partake of a meal, and share moments with each other. The meals were excellent and residents would ask," What are we having for Lunch." The kitchen Staff were great and catered to each and everyone. Regency Village on Greene Road in Webster, Texas, I recommend it to any one that needs Skilled Nursing. This facility is extremely CLEAN, They leave no STONE upturned. Thank You: Annette, Tanya, Carla, Mark, Jinny, Julie, God Bless You All

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are old and small inconvenience to get in with a wheelchair and for above average size of patient. The beds are old as well. The rehab area is alright, but they have no ultrasound and heating pads for stiff muscles. You have to wait for more than 15 minutes when calling the nurse button.Staff interactions fair.

Regency is a nice facility. There seems to be frequent turnover in staffing. The nurses are always nice but rarely the same people. They redecorated recently. I wish they had music for the residents as well as television. It's important that older individuals are respected. This care is very expensive.
