I visited this facility

Heritage Health from the moment you walk into the lobby this facility they meet and exceed the industry standard for Skilled Nursing Care and Rehab. The staff was friendly and the patients were more active then I have seen in some of the places I have visited. There were several spirited games of cards, chess and Checkers happening. The facility is clean and the grounds are a gorgeous park like setting. There are many choices and items for entree's and snacks to choose from. There is transportation to offsite events as well as for shopping. This facility has left not one stone unturned, it is their mission to meet their needs and it seems as though they have accomplished this goal. Mission accomplished!!! I would place my loved one here.
