Over all Twin Oaks is a fair facility. Unfortunately like many homes it is chronicling understaffed. The Nurses that work there are good at there job and do the best that they can in the situation that they are in. Because of there lack of staff they are hard press to give the extra attention that a patent need. I am hopeful though, while my mom was there the company that had bot them out was getting ready to remodel the facilities. I hope that if they are willing to put money in infrastructure that they are also willing to put money in staff. only time will tell. Mostly they seem to be geared to the help and rehabilitation of older seniors. This was hard on my mom as she just needed help after a hip surgery. They had very limited offerings in the way of recreation. Just the basics TV radio and books. They did have some community members that cam in and performed for them on a couple of occasions. The one up side was it had pretty good food a little bland and soft but overall good.
