Located on the beautiful O'Connor Woods campus, Meadowood offers the finest in compassionate and professional skilled nursing care. Dedicated to providing innovative, progressive, and therapeutic programs to encourage each patient to function as self-reliantly as possible, we provide a continuum of services for adults who require care due to illness or injury. Services include Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Licensed by the State of California, Department of Public Health, Meadowood is a provider for the Federal Medicare Program.
