Creekside care facility is clean and well maintained. The staff has been courteous and accomodating for the most part. We have encountered a few staff members that are less than gentle but they are the exception not the rule. When we did encounter a staff member that my mother felt was rough with her, I was able to request a change without any problems.The food is nutritionally well balanced and the menu is creative in the sense of variety but the food is bland and not very tasty. The food remains my mother's main criticism of the facility. Residents are able to request a sandwich as an alternative if they do not like what is on the menu. The facility also provides snacks throughout the day and into the evening. The snacks range from fresh fuit to sadwiches and ice cream.My mother enjoys the daily activities which range from sing alongs to ice cream socials. She also enjoys the bi-weekly manicures and weekly visit from the hair stylist.
