My Father was there with cancer, first off he was not receiving good care, they really never cleaned him up when needed, we had a family meeting which was a joke for his care. When he went to go for a blood transfusion, thye forgot to attach is transfusion bracelet before he went out the door! He got to the hospital and they had to redo everything. The Doctor (Espinosa) never listens to the families when it comes to hteir loved one, and is afraid to make descisions and let the patients make descisions when it's not in their best interest. After the transfusion the administrator tried to tell me that my father had cut the bracelt off himself, in fact the night before when visiting I noticed no bracelet on him. They stated they fount it in his top drawer. My father was so week I don't think he would have cut his bracelet off! what a joke this place is, then they tried to tell me he did not qualify for hospice, now he is in hospice outside of that facility. Thanks God!

Patients are not kept clean and dry regularly. Patients are often left to fend for themselves at mealtime (those with a problem feeding themselves). Staff does not take responsibility for their own actions.
