My father was in the Terrace of St. Cloud. My father was there for probably five days. He was looked after during the day. I guess it was okay. It's not an inviting place either. None of these places are inviting. It looks just like an asylum, they look grayish and depressing. There were no activities. There were only two beds per room, the layout was better because it wasn't as cramped. They had a bureau per patient and a small closet per patient. The place was clean.

I am a friend of a former resident that was in this facility. Staff was very friendly, Rooms where cleaned. The activities were amazing. Staff is always welcoming and pleasant. The DON was very involved in my friends care. From admission to discharge we were welled informed. If you need a place for your loved one to be cared for this is the place for you..

My relative entered The Terrace of St. Cloud in 2006The facility is always clean & well kept. The entire staff is professional, informative, caring & always answers all questions asked about my relative's care. Since my relative can no longer do anything for their self, the staff tends to all her needs & does them well. I feel this is a wonderful place & even though I could move my relative to a facility closer to me & start all over with her care, I won't as I have gotten to know this facility & most of the care givers here & I do recommend the Terrace of St. Cloud!

After my father got out of the hospital, he went to The Terrace of St. Cloud for therapy. The first time he went was in January, and then he went again in February. The front-office staff were really nice and very helpful. When I called over there, the nurses and the doctors were really nice. I didn't have any bad experiences with them. With the pandemic, we couldn't stay too long; they gave us thirty minutes via an appointment, and I didn't have any complaint about that. They took precautions for visitors. The inside was clean and organized. They always informed us if he was eating well and about how he was doing. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. They had activities, but my father didn't want to do anything. When I went over there to visit him, I heard nothing bad about them.

My loved one was sent here. If you have a loved one here PAY ATTENTION. There was a serious lack of communication with care givers/nurses/doctors and it was hard to get a hold of them other that a temperature taker who would say " Yes, they are fine" . They gave medication to calm my loved one down who was scared pissed and didn't want to be there (who would?) so this places solution was to medicate. My loved one became a babbling shaking person who 2 weeks prior could stand and a month or so prior could ride a bike. They appeared to over medicate as a solution. Clean clothes and snacks and other foods were dropped off and not used. Some things that could have improved their health since they were loosing weight. My loved one fell and I was not told until calling to check on them to find out they had been sent to the hospital. I know COIVD can make connecting harder, but please pay attention, ask questions and demand that they tell you what they are giving as far as medications. My loved ones condition worsened here.

I was at the Terrace of St. Cloud for rehabilitation. I had been in the hospital for 16 days on complete bed rest so I was very unsteady on my feet. I was at this facility for 19 days and by the time I left I was walking without any help. Their therapy department is fantastic. I got an hour a day of therapy both physical and occupational. If you are considering a facility for therapy this is it.
