My husband is currently at the Virginia Veterans Care Center. They've done a very good job with him, and they're doing regular, weekly COVID testing, and they've been very diligent in keeping that out of there. Even though they have a lot of cases now, they've actually done a very good job. Everybody's been fine, everybody's been very professional, and there's good communication with everybody up there. He seems satisfied with the food.

I visited my father there a couple of times only since I now moved here in Delaware. So now I am planning for him to live with me. VVCC is close to my home when I lived in Virginia and for one my father is a veteran so that's why we had decided to have him live there. The people working there are fantastic and they really like him a lot. He has his own room and he is very comfortable there. He is very satisfied with everything there. I haven't heard any complaints from him about the place there.

Virginia Veteran Care Center is a 224-bed community that offers nursing care and short-term rehabilitative care to veterans in Virginia. The high-quality care available includes laboratory work and X-rays. Residents also have access to a range of other health care services, including physical therapy and podiatry care.
The beautiful grounds create a peaceful setting for residents to relax and recover. There are beautifully manicured gardens with walking paths and seating areas where residents can socialize with new friends.
