This is a Stonegate property that has been recently updated to add a private wing for Medicare rehab patients. All the rooms are large, private, with a sleeper sofa in each, plus table or desk, and lots of storage space. There is a nursing station for rehab patients on this wing.

The building is a "K" with the nurses' station at the intersection of the 4 wings. The other 3 wings of the facility have not been updated, except the therapy room has been enlarged. It is a large gym with various equipment, and a new manager who is enthusiastic and experienced. The facility staff now includes a nurse practitioner to give immediate medical attention when a doctor is not in the building. It has started accepting 'Medicaid pending' in certain cases.

There are rocking chairs onside on the portico that are often in use.
