I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My uncle is at La Posada. He has been there for a week and a half now. It's clean and organized. The staff is attentive to him. They have a typical rehab room. It's small enough that he can get around on his own, but not too big. The staff seems nice. My uncle seems to like the food. With regards to activities, he has only done PT.

I visited this facility
La Posada is a very popular place, but they didn't have any openings and I was not impressed with it at all. The people there were very rushed and not well organized. It took me several attempts to just get a phone call back. I wasn't there very long. I got out very quickly. I looked through the memory care and I wasn't happy with it at all. The facility was nice, but it wasn't secure. The people at the front desk were very unorganized and the memory care unit itself didn't seem well staffed. The rooms were small. They had a salon, a common area, and some activities that were taking place in the eating area. They just kind of moved them all for lunch which I didn't care for too much either. It was very, very small. I wasn't impressed with it at all. It wasn't well run. They need to improve on their overall organization and security. I wouldn't recommend memory care. I didn't get the chance to look at assisted living at all.

I visited this facility
La Posada Senior Living was very nice. It had nice apartments, it had lots of amenities and activities, but it was pricey. The staff seemed friendly. They have an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and a very nice, upscale dining room. It was very pleasant.

I am/was a resident of this facility
The executive director is a warden he raises rents to evict and then reduces upon residant leaving if a reservation is not made for dinner resident not allowed in dining room threatens people with eviction if he hears a complaint one resident obtained there deposited funds back as they were lied to by the sales dept saying 500000. Was insured when it is not

My father has been at La Posada since it opened.We have seen many changes.But the care, activities,quality of food,helpfulness and enjoyment have continued to all be too notch. Could not have chosen a better place for my elderly parents. This is definitely a place to check out !!

I visited this facility
I had a very fine visit at La Posada. It’s a beautiful facility with lovely rooms. I ate there, and the food was very good. They also have beautiful activities. I saw people playing cards and some going to the gym. Overall, it's a wonderful place.

I visited this facility
La Posada was a gated community, and it was very nice too. The environment seemed very clean, and it was certainly very beautiful. The people that worked there were all really very polite, nice, and helpful. They seemed pleasant enough. The room that we played in was much bigger. It was an auditorium. It was a little grand.

I visited this facility
The Inn at La Posada was above average. While we were there, we toured the facility and we sampled some food. The landscaping was amazing! Theres a couple lakes and the grass is well maintained. The amenities included a dining hall, a community area, a multi-purpose wooden floor room, and a couple other nice things. The food was average, and the menu was decent. The staff was very nice, and gave a great tour. In the end we did decide to put her here because the fees weren't too bad, and I really like the area it was located in. It was crazy close to the Gardens Mall, only a 5-10 minute walk! Also, the area outside was pretty well populated, and there was a lot of traffic, so you wouldn't feel lonely, but my grandmother really did not like all the noise and lights. That is the only reason I did not give this place a 5 star. Other than that it was a really great place, and everything was great! I visited this facility
The employee who met with me and my grandmother was very kind and knowledgeable. The facility is well located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens behind the Gardens Mall and close to her family. The guide showed us the facility. It is two stories and appears new and well maintained. They has a skilled nursing side and an assisted living section. The building is nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff seemed welcoming and spoke clearly. The food we sampled was good but not amazing. However it was better than other places we have tried. The common rooms were welcoming and the list of activities were appealing. My grandmother is contemplating moving here.
