From the Provider
At Mercy, you'll find innovative programs and a long-term, caring staff who help older adults remain as independent as possible, stay connected to the community, and celebrate all stages of life.
Our Oasis Memory Care Program and Caret Center are Eden Alternative Certified Programs, where life revolves around the residents' preferences and choices. Plants, pets, art, and children are touchstones of this nationally recognized program.
Daily mass and evening rosary are important to many of our residents. Our uplifting Sunday mass is well attended by residents of all faiths.
Mercy is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Elder Care Alliance an organization of six nonprofit, faith-based communities.

I am a friend or relative of resident
The Doctor on staff does not care. He keeps repeating "not necessary" whenever I asked for an X'ray for my mom to check her coughing & breathing problem. He stuck his stethoscope on her then claims everything sounds fine, not to worry. When he finally ordered the X'ray 3 weeks later, it revealed pleural effusions & infiltrates, indicative of pneumonia. I was livid. She could have been treated earlier. From then on, she developed respiratory problems.
