I am a friend or relative of a resident
My dad has been the VA nursing home since 2007. He has severe dementia and is being very well taken care of. I make random visits so they don't know when I show up. Back in 1997, he asked me when the time came to make sure he would live in Veterans nursing home. this was his wish, and I'm glad I honored it. They are clean and take good care of him. speak to a loved one before they need a facility.
