So far, I haven't found anything that I like least about Jerome Home & Arbor Rose. What I like best is they are very understanding, willing, and very helpful when it comes to working with my mom and she seems to enjoy the other residents. The staff is very accommodating, very helpful, and extremely friendly. The facility is extremely clean. Some parts of the building are older, but it's still beautiful. My brother saw the activities and he was impressed, and he's the kind of person who is hard to impress.

My mother-in-law has moved into Jerome Home and Arbor Rose. Communication is very good. It's very clean. The activities are appropriate and fun, and there are a lot of them. My mother-in-law is enjoying the food, too. The room is a studio apartment with a private bathroom and a shared shower. The amenities are very nice. There's a courtyard and gardens. It has a very nice dining room. There's a large dining room in the skilled nursing section where a lot of entertainment comes in for all the residents. They all go to that one dining room, which is nice. It's a very short distance, and it's all on the same campus. When entertainment comes in, they all go, which is nice. They have two different memory care sections, one for highly functioning, which is where my mother-in-law is, and then there's another memory care, which is for more severe cases. In comparison to what I've seen out there, they're doing a good job. The activities director is excellent. However, I have to ask for things because they don't take the initiative. The upkeep is very good and very clean. It's a brand- new facility. My mother-in-law is enjoying the food, too.

My mom had rehab at Jerome Home and Arbor Rose a while back. I know she liked it very much, so that's where we're hoping to go next for her post-rehab care. The best thing about them was the rehab facilities, equipment, and rehabilitation capabilities. My mom liked the staff. The place was very clean-looking and very well laid out. I thought it looked very professional, warm and inviting, that sort of thing.

My mother is in Jerome Home & Arbor Rose. There are two sections. She is in the Attwood section, which is considered residential life. They are taking very good care of her, and it is a very nice setting. It is very clean. The people are very accommodating and friendly. The care has been excellent. The staff is excellent, very caring, and professional. Her room is nice, roomy, and very homey. It makes you feel like you're at home. The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable, and very accommodating. It is very accessible. It is only two floors, so everything's within the convenience of the residents. It is very accommodating for elderly people. The food is excellent according to my mother. They do their laundry. They clean their rooms. There is a hairdresser onsite, a fitness center, podiatry, and optometrists. There's pretty much everything you would need. I think the activities are good from what I've seen in terms of the list, but she hasn't been able to participate in anything yet. They are just starting up this week.

My mother has moved into Jerome Home and Arbor Rose. Everything's phenomenal and good. I cannot be any happier. I cannot complain at all. It's family-oriented and anything my mother needs, they're there to help her. I cannot say anything bad about the place. Everyone is so helpful and they love my mother up there, too. She has a single room, and we moved the stuff from her house into the room. Everything that's in her room is hers. It's home for her. I don't have to do anything. I don't have to worry about anything. She gets showers a couple of times a week, they do her room cleaning, and they do her laundry for her. Everything is taken care of. They give her, her medication. I have peace at night. I don't have to worry about her walking out or anything like that there. The food's phenomenal. I was in there one day when they were serving dinner, and I almost wanted to stay for dinner. Everyone raves about the place. They have music up there, arts and crafts, and all kinds of stuff. Last week, they were doing some puzzles. It keeps her busy because she was just sitting home doing nothing. Here, she's active, she's with people, and she participates in everything that they do. She's doing well. If I have any questions or concerns, all I have to do is call and they get back to me right away. The facility is excellent, very clean, very nice, and even all the residents inside there are very friendly. I happen to be lucky when I got this location for my mother. The stars were lined up for me that day. It's a secured area. She cannot leave and she cannot walk out. The only way in is they let you in and they let you out, so she's in a safe location.

Jerome Home and Arbor Rose was very nice. It was beautiful actually. I was able to see more of the community environment and looked like they had outdoor places for residents. They had activities going on and the services seemed great. We saw the memory care and the people I met there were very nice. The dining area was very nice, too, and very home-like. It's a very comfortable setting and laid out nicely. The only thing was it's a little bit dated.
