I have been visiting my grandmother at this nursing home for about 2 years now. I have only encountered positive experiences at this nursing home, and I am satisfied with the service all of the employees provide. I am glad this is where my grandmother lives because it is a very safe environment, and she is treated with the utmost respect. The employees at this facility treat both my direct and extended family as a family of their own. This facility offers therapy and even has a few cats that live at the nursing home to provide a friend for those individuals who are living at Innsbruck. My grandmother is taken care of by professional employees, who are extremely polite, kind, honest, and caring. The facility itself is extremely secure and has a modern appearance. Innsbruck is a well-established nursing home that is very suitable for anybody of old age.
