Meds came from local pharmacy, but it took till next day to get them filled Laundry service put clothes in a closet that I wasn't using, and didn't tell me. Told me they were lost. Felt they were stolen, until I checked closet day if discharge. Food not very good at times, average others mostly. Bed was made by myself, not staff, Housekeeper only one works seems like. Aides apathetic nurses overworked. Understaffed even for covid times Staff complaining within earshot of patients about conditions, and pay. Hot water lasts less than 5 min, then barely tepid. Activities for those able to take themselves only, Rest left in rooms Was referred for short term rehab after hospital release, kept a week longer than I felt necessary. Dragging feet about discharge. Horrible. Don't send your loved ones here.

My Dad was there for therapy of a hip only! Within one month they tried to convince the family he needed permanent care and to sell all his belongings, home, etc. They lied about his conditions and triwd to convince our mother he would not recover! It is Sinful! and Dirty!

My dad was a resident at Rolling Hills for a few weeks stay. He ended up in the VA hospital where he passed away. While he was at Rolling Hills, he had broken ribs, over medicated, clothes were stolen, dirty, plus several other complaints. I did address with the staff and the Director of Nursing. I ended up calling the Indiana State Health department after my dad was admitted to the VA. All my claims were substantiated.

I have a relative here and trying desperately to find another placement. Terrible care. No bed clothes on bed. No baths. Not making sure he takes meds. I found his meds on tray where he had spit them out. I thought a nurse was to stay there to make sure they swallowed them,!!!!!

My father was a patient. They were very short staffed. I would come in and his urinal would be full sitting on the same table he was supposed to eat. Overall the floor staff was helpful just very short staffed. When needing to speak with mangers they made me feel like my father wasn't important enought. The therapy department was great they we always on point.

My Grandma was a resident there that had special care needs with Alzheimer's & the nurses & aids are under staffed, do not know how to take care of anyone with this horrible disease. We had many issues with them withholding her dentures & hearing aid. They also knew Grandma was eating with her hands & we couldn't get them to wash her hands even before a meal or after. I wouldn't leave my pet there, much less my Grandma. The nurses don't care enough & are not properly trained.
