Lakeshore Wedgewood is a beautiful facility that is cozy and warm. The caring spirit is felt from the moment you enter the door and are greeted. The staff was genuinely friendly and each one I encounter was courteous and helpful. The facility was very, very clean and not a sign of un cleanliness. The staff was well trained and educated as I witnessed a crisis with a patient. It was refreshing to see a well run and well oiled machine at work. All knew their roles and like a hand in a glove they all helped and made sure all were cared for. There was never a sign of fear or unknowing. They all were professionals and knew what to do. I would run at the chance to have my loved one here if need be. Bravo to this staff at Lakeshore....A stranger was impressed and let it be known.
