Just casually looking at the facility, it appears to be well kept and clean. Which it is. But, that is window trappings. The rates continue to go up and the care gets less. It is understaffed and a large percentage of the staff they have are just doing a job...they don't seem to care. I understand it is hard to not get jaded doing that kind of work but when you have reached burn-out, the administration should recgnize this and either reassign the employee to recommend they find other employment. I took an early retirement to remove my mother from Autumn Care and bring her to live with me. I knew the quality of care she was getting and it was being admisistered 24/7.
